    Actually, I'm a Hoosier - but you wouldn't know that by where I spend my vacations.  I was born in New Castle, IN - a long time ago!  As a family we lived in Anderson and Fort Wayne before moving to Forrest City, AR.  I have adopted certain southern expressions, because they're handy or I like the sound of them.

I attended Christian schools in Muncie and Fort Wayne, IN and Forrest City, AR - and that was before I went to college in South Carolina.  So I know Christian schools from the inside out.  More of that in the family section.  The Christian school in Muncie celebrated their 40th reunion this past summer - so I actually went back to Indiana this year!

My dad was a wonderful musician, so I too got to take music lessons.  I just did it so long that I actually consider myself a pianist.

Incidentally, I spend most of my vacations in Colonial Williamsburg, VA and Little Rock, AR.
